Dear [subscriber:firstname | default:reader]
Summer is here (in spite of the rain), but your weekly newsletter will continue to keep you up to date with church life.
The website is kept up to date all the time, and you'll find details of the readings for Sunday services on our calendar.
We wish Debbie a relaxing break and look forward to seeing her back on 23 August, ready for the autumn and the usual busy schedule.
This Sunday 12 July will see the last service in the church before the summer break. You can register to attend by clicking the button below.
How to register for a service:
Don't forget you can still watch the weekly Sunday worship on video, which is available for you even when the church is open. Direct link from the website homepage (look for the blue box).

Video services from 19 July to 22 August

Sunday morning services will continue on video and we have some guest worship leaders, so please support them too and watch the video (at a time that suits you, of course).
There is a direct link from the home page of the website which is posted every week on Saturday evening.

Taking a break

The evening service and all our groups are now on a summer break, back in the autumn.

Looking forward to the autumn

  • Church services start again on 23 August, you'll still need to reserve a place
  • Instead of an actual braderie café, you'll soon be able to purchase a "virtual" cup of tea or coffee and a piece of cake, instead of the real thing - more details soon.
  • "Journées du Patrimoine" (Heritage Days) on Saturday afternoon 19 September. If you can volunteer that afternoon, let us know.
  • Our AGM will be held on 27 September after morning service
You don't need cash
We are keeping a very close eye on the cost of running Christ Church Lille at the moment. Thank you to everyone who gives to sustain the life, mission and ministry of this church.
It means we can carry on. Full details of all the ways to give are on our Giving page. (you can use the QR code for fast access to the page) Thank you!
