Dear [subscriber:firstname | default:reader]
We are well into August and Braderie planning is getting more urgent. Do please sign up to help at our pavement café if you can, and if you can't be there, cake makers are needed too! braderie@christchurchlille.fr

The church calendar is on our website, and all the services and readings are shown there. Also on the calendar are major works and the events taking place.
For the next three Sundays, the Reverend Brian Griffiths will be taking the morning service at 10:30.
Brian is based in Ramsgate, in Kent and although he is now retired, he continues to take part in ministry in the Diocese of Canterbury. He has acted as locum in our Diocese in previous years, but not in France. So please give him a warm Christ Church welcome, we are very grateful that he is able to be with us.

For full details of forthcoming events, it's easy to consult this page on our website.

Braderie planning

Have you signed up to help yet? Please volunteer for at least one 2-hour slot on Saturday and/or Sunday 31 August- 1 September.
At the moment, we are particularly short of helpers behind the scenes; we need you!
Contact braderie@christchurchlille.fr to volunteer.
There are sign-up forms at the back of the church, too.

Services in July and August

See our website for full details of changes to our regular schedule. But there will always be a service at 10:30 during July and August.
The information has recently been updated, so please check to see details.
It's not just the metro, there are works on the Lille tramways too. (Click the link for full details)
Bus services will replace the tram
