6 October Harvest Festival

Readings: Deuteronomy 26:1-11 and John 6:25-35
|
|
|
|
The church calendar is on our website, and all the services and readings are shown there. Also on the calendar are major works and the events taking place.
|
|
|
|
|
Please bring your gifts to our 10:30 morning service on 6 October. We will be taking them to the food bank at the Protestant church and sharing coffee with our friends there after the service.
|
They have requested these items, if you are able to contribute:
|
- Pumpkins, potatoes, onions, garlic
- Apples, courgettes, nuts
- Cooking oil, sugar, jam
|

Men's group is starting again tomorrow
The Men's group will be meeting on Saturday morning 5 October at 10:00 am in the Church Hall.
|
Full English breakfast, pastries, coffee/tea available. Small discussion on faith in everyday life. Please let Tom know if you can make it, for catering purposes
|

|
The group is planning further meetings on 9 November and 14 December, put the dates in your diary now and Tom will let you have more details.

150th anniversary - a party to start off our celebrations
