Dear reader
This time last year, Lille was about to go into maximum alert status, do you remember? It's been a strange year indeed but thanks to everyone's care and attention to their own safety and that of others, we are here, and still worshipping. And we are grateful. Grateful too, as every year, for God's goodness and for the harvest, so if you can show this by bringing gifts to church on Sunday, that would be wonderful. See below for details.

10 October Creationtide service and Harvest Thanksgiving

At this time of year, we are glad to give thanks for food and for the harvest by sharing with others. We invite you to bring your gifts, perishable and non-perishable, to church on Sunday 10 October: they'll be taken to the food bank and soup kitchen run by our friends at the Protestant church.

Sunday Club will be celebrating Harvest in their own way on 17 October.

Thanks to those who have already offered their help, it's much appreciated, and we're in this together, so there's room for everyone.
There are lots of ways for you to bring your gifts and talents to the service of God and neighbour. What was your idea?
Get in touch! churchoffice@christchurchlille.fr
There will be a service on video every week at least until the end of October. Just go to our YouTube channel (and there is a link on the homepage of the website).
We've started the Podcasts again, too, here's the link: https://anchor.fm/christchurchlille
If this is important to you, please let us know so we can continue to provide a weekly service on video.

Thank you for your continued support

We are entirely self-funded and the months of the pandemic have affected everything and everybody, not least our financial situation.
We're grateful to everyone who continues to support the church and its work, which goes beyond weekly services. Thank you!
If you're not already a regular giver, please consider whether you can give a little each month. Small amounts are just as welcome as large ones, really!
It's easy to give, here's a link to our "Giving" page
