Water Water ...

Works are currently going on to upgrade our water supply, which does not conform to current norms. This involves digging up part of the pavement and we are not sure when this will be replaced. Please be careful if the barriers are still in place.
(It should all be finished by Monday 29th however.)
Still on the question of water, we are grateful to the Town Hall for the new taps in the kitchen and for sorting the leak under the sink.
The pump has had its annual check and all is well - thank you for being careful not to put any grease or crumbs etc down the kitchen sink; everything has to be pumped up to ground level and costs us money when it gets blocked!

Please note for next week

Using the QR code or the link below, you can donate by Pay Pal or credit card; you do not have to have a PayPal account, PayPal just acts as a payment gateway.
Thank you to everyone who supports Christ Church Lille, in whatever way. Of course, bills have to be paid, so regular contributions are vital, but we also value your help in the life of the church.
Your support is especially valued during this time of interregnum (in other words, while we don't have a permanent chaplain). And sincere thanks go to the Reverend Elisabeth Dean for travelling up from Paris most Sundays, rain or shine.
So please continue your giving, and your volunteering, it is much appreciated.
