Women’s World Day of Prayer

The Women’s World Day of Prayer is an ecumenical movement which started in the USA in 1887. More than 180 countries participate in this day of prayer.

Once a year, we pray with and not for the inhabitants of a country. This year, 2019, the service and the material has been prepared by the women of Slovenia. You can see more about this country at this link.

Did you know that the service is translated into over 1,000 different languages and dialects?

Information about the services in France in the document below.
