Dear reader
This week we welcome back Reverend Elisabeth Dean for the next few Sundays in August while Debbie is on summer leave. Services continue at 10:30 am every Sunday.
Even if you can't get away, we hope you are able to enjoy some of the fruits of the summer while they are in season.

This newsletter will also continue to be sent out every Friday, but it will be a little shorter during August. Watch out for lots of news and information towards the end of the month, however, as we spring back into action!
In this newsletter:
  • Children's activity sheet
  • Prayers for Ukraine
  • Braderie de Lille
  • Summer Reading programme

  • Dates for your diary
  • Video and audio services
  • How you can support us
Here's the link to this week's children's activity sheet: The biggest slice of the pie

Prayers for Ukraine

Please don't forget that this conflict is ongoing. Your prayers are still needed.

Braderie de Lille

Don't forget to donate some nice things for us to sell, if you can.
We really need more people on Saturday 3 September: there are slots available on both days but Sunday is filling up. Got to our webpage for more information or contact

Video services will be back in the autumn

We're sorry, but we're unable to create video services at the moment, but you can find all our previous videos on our YouTube channel
For the Podcasts, here's the link: https://anchor.fm/christchurchlille
We are entirely self-funded and we have cut back our expenses as much as possible; but we still need a regular income.
We're grateful to everyone who continues to support the church and its work, which goes beyond weekly services. Thank you!
If you're not already a regular giver, please consider whether you can give a little each month. Small amounts are just as welcome as large ones, really!
It's easy to give, here's a link to our "Giving" page
