Wishing you a joyful Christmas and a happy and healthy 2023
Dear reader
We are glad to tell you that the fault on the church heating has now been repaired. 😃
And just in time for Christmas, so we are thankful! Do join us if you can for Holy Communion on Christmas Day, or on New Year's Day for Morning Prayer.
Our very best wishes to all our readers as we celebrate the joy of Christmas.

Your editor is taking a break over the holiday season, so the next newsletter will be on 6 January 20023, just in time for Epiphany.
There will be no newsletter on 30 December
Sunday 25 December 10:30 am Holy Communion
Sunday 1 January 2023 10:30 am Morning Prayer

Christmas Solidarity

The Ecumenical group of churches in Lille are once again able to hold their Christmas carols and tea party for those on their own or on the streets, so that nobody gets forgotten. They are looking for volunteers on 25 December, see the details here.

Christmas Generosity

We appreciate your giving to Christ Church Lille, without which we couldn't exist. But particularly at this time of year, our thoughts turn to others so we want to tell you about some causes which need your support.
  • Bishop Robert's Advent Appeal this year is to help a school in Kenya; find out more here
