In this week's newsletter, we give you some more information about some of the charities we support.
No family, unable to get out, elderly and alone and with not much to live on.
Since 1946 the association Les Petits Frères des Pauvres has been working to fight isolation and loneliness amongst elderly people, and providing help to the destitute. Their volunteers visit and give aid to the elderly all over France and they provide integrated housing too.

Christ Church Lille has been supporting their work, whether locally in Lille or around France, since 2014 and we have at least one person in our congregation who has done volunteer work with them.
ICS are the patrons of our church. We send our congratulations on their 200th anniversary.

La Solidarité Anglicane de Lille

This is our outreach organisation, and we will be holding our Annual General Meeting via Zoom on 21 March at 8 pm. Everyone is welcome, but only those on the electoral roll of the church can vote.

Those on the roll have received the link, but if you would like to attend, get in touch: everyone is welcome!

Christ Church Lille Annual General Meeting

This is when we look back on the past year, and it is also an official requirement to approve the accounts and reports on our activities.
We will share more details nearer the time.

Prayers for Ukraine

Please continue to pray for all affected by this conflict.
We are entirely self-funded and we have cut back our expenses as much as possible; but we still need a regular income.
We're grateful to everyone who continues to support the church and its work, which goes beyond weekly services.
