Who needs a doctor?
Matthew 28:18-20

We were very happy to welcome Bishop Robert and Archdeacon Peter last Sunday, and to welcome confirmands and newly baptised into our church family.
We were also delighted to welcome ecumenical visitors as well as other members of the clergy, who joined us for drinks and then for a delicious shared lunch.
Both the Bishop and the Archdeacon were able to talk to the churchwardens and church council, as well as all the members. The both enjoyed their visit and the warm welcome they received.

Generous Living

This is to remind you to bring back your Generous Giving leaflet to church. If you didn't receive one, you can find it on our website at this link.
Thank you! (Don't hesitate to ask the chaplain if you are not sure).

2-3 September 2023 Braderie de Lille (helpers needed!)
We're already working on plans for the Lille Braderie in September. Can you help? We need people to prepare, to plan and of course to be available over the event too. Get in touch braderie@christchurchlille or churchoffice@christchurchlille to see how you might participate. It's a major fund-raising event for us, so really important that we give 100% effort. Thank you for your help.
For more information on events and activities, please contact churchoffice@christchurchlille.fr.

Prayers for Ukraine

Please remember to pray for all affected by this conflict.
We are entirely self-funded and we have cut back our expenses as much as possible; but we still need a regular income.
We're grateful to everyone who continues to support the church and its work, which goes beyond weekly services.
