We have been delighted to welcome the Reverend Elisabeth Dean to Christ Church while Debbie is on leave.
We are grateful to her for looking after us so well, so if you are in church on Sunday, please say thank you, and goodbye for now, we look forward to seeing her again another time.

"Ordinary" time is the part of the church year outside the great seasons of Christmas and Easter. So this is when we use ordinal (=ordinary) numbers to mark the Sundays between Christmastide and Lent, and between Eastertide and Advent.
