A word about data protection
We are careful to take care of your personal information, for example:

- we never share contact details without permission
- we keep paper records locked away, and electronic records are protected too
- we don't circulate address books, the church contact details are held on a secure server called Church Box. You can access and edit your own details, but not others' unless they give permission.
- we ask you to sign up to the newsletter to prove that you choose to receive it.
|
You'll be getting a message soon, because it's time to update these records; more in next week's newsletter and look out for a message.

Dates for the diary
- Bible studies continue, as do our Sunday services
- The next Sunday Club is on 11 February
- 14 February is Ash Wednesday and there will be a service in church at 8 pm as we begin our journey through Lent
- 18 February will see our next church lunch of soup and sandwiches after the morning service.
- 28 February: Farewell service for Bishop David and Canon Frances (see below)
- 3 March we will be celebrating with our Chaplain Canon Debbie Flach, as we mark the 30th anniversary of her ordination
- 11 March La Solidarité (our outreach association) AGM
- 16 April Christ Church Lille Annual General Meeting

Farewell service for Bishop David
|
|
The Diocese will hold a service of Evening Prayer, Thanksgiving and Sending Out on Wednesday 28th February. Everyone is very welcome to join.
|
|
This is an occasion for everyone in the diocese to give thanks and say farewell to Bishop David and to Revd Canon Deacon Frances on their retirement.
|
|
On Zoom and on YouTube – Wednesday 28 February from 1800 – 1900 cet (1700–1800 gmt) (please save these links to use on the day).
