Our small groups meet regularly, but not usually outside of term time, so please contact the organisers for more information. Some groups meet in person, and some meet online, so don’t worry if you don’t live nearby. Ascension Day
On 14 May 2026, we celebrate Ascension Day, 40 days after Easter, as the day when the risen Jesus Christ was taken up to Heaven.At Christ Church Lille, it is the date of the consecration of our church in 1870. The window above the church entrance depicts the Ascension, and was funded by the Windsor family, members of which family still worship at our church today.
